Workshop Details 

  • Dates: September 25th, October 23rd, November 27th & December 18th. 

  • 2.5 hours, 6pm - 8:30pm

  • Minimum 2 participants, maximum 4. (unless otherwise indicated)

  • Pre-payment and registration is required

  • 48 hour cancellation for full refund, anything less is 50% refund 

  • Covering neuroscience of stress & the hormonal implications. Experiential practices putting you in the driver seat of your emotional health

  • Building self compassion, emotional empowerment over anxiety,

Diverse Topics

Every 2 months I host a special topic evening discussion. The objective is to create clarity on an issue, debunk myths or misconceptions, and help participants understand how to engage differently with the issue in their own lives. 

​

Topics can include navigating the stress of parenting, divorce, pre and post-partum journey for fathers and mothers, understanding neurodiversity, eco-grief, parental estrangement, and more. 

​

Event offerings will be posted here or on the community social pages, or my own socials.
